seeder
The object planted by the seeder is crop seeds or coated seeds made into pellets. It can be classified according to the sowing method
There are three types of machines: spreader, strip spreader, and hole spreader. Since the 1950s, various types of precision seeders have been widely developed, which can control the sowing amount, hole (plant) distance, and sowing depth. The pneumatic precision seeder, which began to develop in the 1970s, uses air suction, air pressure, or air blowing air flow to discharge a row of seeds at regular intervals using positive or negative pressure air flow, achieving precise hole sowing of a single seed. Compared with traditional mechanical seeders, it has the characteristics of sowing volume and no damage to seeds. In addition, there is a mechanical precision seeder. A suspended 6-row intercropping crop seeder with a fertilization device, which can be used for strip and hole sowing of intercropping crops such as soybeans, corn, and sorghum.
Planting machine
The objects planted by the planting machine are the seed blocks of crops such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, and onions, as well as the seed segments of sugarcane. Due to the significant differences in the characteristics and planting requirements of different crop blocks and segments, most planting machines are specialized planting machines, commonly used ones include potato planting machines, sugarcane planting machines, etc.
Seedling machinery
The planting objects of the seedling planting machine are seedlings of crops such as rice, cotton, tobacco, vegetables, fruit trees, and flowers, as well as seedlings with nutrient bowls or soil. Planting machines are divided into three types: semi mechanized, mechanized, and automated. The semi mechanized seedling planting machine is used by machines to complete processes such as trenching, soil covering, and compaction, while seedling picking and planting are carried out by seedling planting hands sitting on the machine. The planting action of the mechanized seedling planting machine is also completed by the machine, but it is still taken by the planting hand and placed into the planting mechanism. The automated seedling planting machine only manually loads the seedlings in trays (usually with nutrient bowls) onto the seedling tray rack of the machine, and the machine automatically completes all planting processes while moving.
Fertilization machinery is used to apply various chemical fertilizers (granular fertilizer, liquid fertilizer), manure, compost, etc. in the field. It is mainly used to apply base fertilizer in front of farmland, while seed fertilizer and topdressing are generally applied by fertilization devices attached to seeders and cultivators, respectively. The commonly used fertilization machinery includes stable fertilizer spreader, fertilizer trailer, liquid fertilizer sprayer, fertilizer spreader, and ammonia water strip applicator.
